1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If there are any issues with your order, we will notify you promptly.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping (3-5 working days): £3.99 or free on orders over £30.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the provided link.
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address during checkout.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Damages
- If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@adoressia.co.uk. Please provide your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local postal service or courier for assistance.
